All products purchased from Lethea.co is strictly non-refundable except for the following cases:
Return and Refund
- If the product delivered is not the same as ordered, a Return and Refund request will be accepted.
- Please send the proof via [email protected] within 15 days of purchased. We won’t accept Return and Request after 15 days of purchased.
- Please make sure that the product must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We won’t refund if the product is already used.
Refund
- If the candle is faulty, e.g. the candle has the wrong message, a full Refund request will be accepted.
- Please send the proof via [email protected] within 15 days of purchased. We won’t accept Refund Request after 15 days of purchased.
