All products purchased from Lethea.co is strictly non-refundable except for the following cases:

Return and Refund

1. If the product delivered is not the same as ordered, a Return and Refund request will be accepted.
2. Please send the proof via [email protected] within 15 days of purchased. We won’t accept Return and Request after 15 days of purchased.
3. Please make sure that the product must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We won’t refund if the product is already used.
   
   

Refund

1. If the candle is faulty, e.g. the candle has the wrong message, a full Refund request will be accepted.
2. Please send the proof via [email protected] within 15 days of purchased. We won’t accept Refund Request after 15 days of purchased.
